Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding has been around for a long time. It’s probably been here the longest next to the old strongman contests. This form of exercise is the best way to transform your physical appearance through a process called hypertrophy or the breaking down and building up of muscle tissue utiulizing mostly barbells, dumbbells, Cable machines as well as many other machines structured specifically for this sport. Many people are bodybuilders but never compete. They do it for the love of the sport and how it makes them look and feel. It’s not for everyone so be informed before starting a program.
