Many of my clients have had success and unfortunately they didn’t want their photo out on the internet, especially my female clients, ok I get it. My wife is the same way.
All these people here had no idea what they were capable of. They all had one thing in common though. They wanted to change. This mind set is an important part of the physical transformation. You have to want it. No matter how much money you have it won’t matter if you don’t put the time in.
Remember though, we all have different goals and success is measured by whether or not you reached your goals. It could be as simple as placing your luggage in the over head bin on an air plane or picking up your grand child. or it could be as extreme as competing in a figure or bodybuilding competition. Whatever your goal is, make it realistic.
